The staff of Chainsaw Man – The Movie: Reze Arc have revealed that the film has earned 10 billion yen in Japan after just 103 days. Specifically, it has sold 6.55 million tickets worth approximately $63.9 million.
To commemorate the announcement, Tatsuki Fujimoto released an art piece of both Denji and the titular Reze. Check it out below:
Chainsaw Man – The Movie: Reze Arc opened on September 19 in Japan and September 24 internationally. The movie opened with early theatrical screenings on October 22 in the U.S, followed by the premiere on October 24 in the U.S. and Canada with English dubs and English subs with Japanese voice-overs. The film also received cheer screenings in select theaters in Japan on November 14, followed by the digital release on December 9.
