ATLUS has opened a new website celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Persona series. The website (also available in English) features new artwork of the series protagonists by character designer Shigenori Soejima, and the first update for the Persona 30th anniversary will come on January 8, 2026. A new video celebrating the anniversary was also released.
Previously, Persona series producer and chief director Kazuhisa Wada teased that ATLUS is preparing for the franchise’s 30th anniversary in 2026. Wada believes there will be opportunities in 2026 to talk about future developments for the Persona series. Specifically, Wada noted that 2026 will be “a good time to share news about new games,” including the previously announced Persona 4 Revival.
Currently, the Persona team’s only confirmed upcoming title is Persona 4 Revival, a remake of 2008’s critically acclaimed Persona 4. SEGA expects Persona 4 Revival to release after April 1, 2026 on PlayStation 5 via PlayStation Store, Xbox Series X|S via Microsoft Store, and PC via Microsoft Store and Steam. Persona 4 Revival is available to wishlist now, and the remake will be available on Xbox Game Pass day one.
ATLUS recently released the Version 1.03 update for Persona 3 Reload on Nintendo Switch 2 to improve the game’s performance and frame rate stability. The developers increased the frame rate to a targeted 60 FPS for TV Mode only in Persona 3 Reload, which was previously locked at 30 FPS. Persona 3 Reload is also on sale for 15% off in the Nintendo eShop through January 4.
