Super Evil Megacorp has announced Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate Nintendo Switch 2 Edition launches on December 16. Players who own the Switch version of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate may upgrade to the Switch 2 version by purchasing an Upgrade Pack for $2.49.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate runs at 4K in docked mode and 1080p in handheld mode at 60 FPS on the new platform. The game supports GameChat and GameShare functionality. GameChat lets players connect with their friends through voice and video chat for online co-op play, and GameShare lets players with Switch and Switch 2 consoles playing together.
Previously, Super Evil Megacorp launched the “Wraith Invasion” update for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate with improvements to unlocks in Arcade Mode. The new update also introduces new Astral Wraith minibosses in the the Sewers and Rooftops for an added challenge to each run in Arcade Mode. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate is also available now on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store. Final Weapon reviewed Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate, noting that the game is “a fantastic entry in the broader Ninja Turtles universe. The story, despite its simplicity, does a great job of paying tribute to the history of the franchise.”
