Konami has teamed up with Lofi Studio to release a new Silent Hill f and Lofi Girl collaborative music video full of soothing beats worth studying to. The animation of the music video was animated entirely by Lofi Studio, and it features Silent Hill f protagonist Hinako.
Konami and Bloober Team recently launched the version 1.10 update for Silent Hill f featuring a new Casual action difficulty setting. The Casual action difficulty can be selected at the start of New Game or New Game+, but players can also select it if they reach the Game Over screen multiple times. The update also brings an optional skip feature for select sections in New Game+, along with bug fixes on various platforms.
Silent Hill f is available now for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, Windows, and GOG. Since launch, the game has already received an official novelization by author Shiro Kuro in Japan. The staff of Silent Hill f includes producer Motoi Okamoto, scriptwriter Ryukishi07, composers Akira Yamaoka and Kensuke Inage, and character and creature designer kera. Suzie Yeung stars as protagonist Hinako in the English dub.
Final Weapon previously reviewed Silent Hill f and gave it a 4.5 out of 5 score, noting that the game’s story is “told wonderfully and manages to convey its themes with the right amount of care, thanks to some great writing and the arc of its protagonist, Shimizu Hinako. Further, the combat-focused gameplay turned out to be surprisingly addictive, while still managing to be tense thanks to some great monster designs.”
