WWWave Corporation’s AnimeFesta programming block has announced that Rin Komugi’s Marika’s Love Meter Malfunction (Marika-chan wa Kōkando wa Bukkowareteiru) romantic comedy manga is getting a new TV anime adaptation in 2026. A new promotional video for the Marika’s Love Meter Malfunction anime was released, and more details, including the cast and staff, will be revealed at a later date.
The Marika’s Love Meter Malfunction manga launched in 2024, and Suiseisha has been publishing the manga digitally. The manga will be releasing in print in 2026, starting with the first two volumes on April 17 in Japan. WWWave Corporation publishes the manga in English on the Coolmic platform.
