Yostar has launched a collaboration event between the Azur Lane mobile game and the Date a Live V anime titled “DATE A LANE,” which lasts through December 3. The collaboration introduces seven playable characters from the Date a Live series, fully-equipped as ship girls.
During the Date a Live V collaboration, Azur Lane players can participate in event stages to earn free rewards. There will also be a Trust Mission Event that gives players the opportunity to get the new collaboration shipgirl, Kurumi Tokisaki. The Limited Construction Pool includes Super Rare shipgirls Tohka Yatogami, Origami Tobiichi, Kotori Itsuka, and Yamai sisters (as a single shipgirl Kaguya Yamai・Yuzuru Yamai).
Kaguya Yamai・Yuzuru Yamai can be exchanged via the event shop or as a drop reward from the event stages. What’s more, Yoshino is freely given to players as a milestone reward. There are also new dynamic skins for the collaboration units in the shop, along with a unique furniture set and Gear Skin Box.
Fans can also look forward to the the second season of the Azur Lane Slow Ahead! short anime series, which premieres in 2026. Shunji Maki directs the anime this season at CANDY BOX. Yū Satō writes the series scripts with Hotaru Asafuji. Nana Mori is the character designer and chief animation director for the second season. Fūga Hatori is the music composer, and Masanori Tsuchiya is the sound director.
