DMM Games, Too Kyo Games, and Neilo have announced Shuten Order Nintendo Switch 2 Edition is releasing on November 27 with a 10% discount until December 4. Players who own the Nintendo Switch editions of Shuten Order can upgrade to the Nintendo Switch 2 Edition with an Upgrade Pack for 330 yen.
Shuten Order Nintendo Switch 2 Edition supports a variable frame rate between 60 and 120 FPS in both docked and handheld modes. The game also supports mouse controls wherever supported in the game.
More details will be revealed at WePlay Expo 2025, which runs from November 22 to 23 at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center. Scenario director Takumi Nakazawa and creator/scenario writer Kazutaka Kodaka will appear on stage, and there will be a live stream for the event.
DMM Games and Too Kyo Games released multi-genre adventure game Shuten Order on September 5 for Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam. A Shuten Order Digital Deluxe Edition is available for $64.99 featuring a visual art book and mini soundtrack in the Nintendo eShop. A Ministry Edition ($59.99) is available in the Spike Chunsoft Store featuring the Steam game voucher, a sticker sheet, and clear file.
