Sony Interactive Entertainment and Arc System Works have begun to send out email invites for the second MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls closed beta test, which begins on December 5. As spotted by Wario64, email invites for the second MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls closed beta test include information regarding playtime, registration steps, and other key details that beta participants should know.

The second MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls closed beta test will be available from December 5 at 12:00 a.m. PST to December 7 at 11:59 p.m. PST on PlayStation 5. This beta will feature new characters, stages, and improvements from the previous one, which will be shared closer to the beta’s release date.

The beta will be playable continuously (unless server maintenance is needed) for 72 hours. CPU Battle and online matches will be available on December 5 and 6, while December 7 will only have online matches. All players who participated in the last beta will automatically be registered, so keep an eye out for invitation emails. Players who signed up but didn’t participate in the previous one should also keep an eye out for emails

Alongside the characters from the first MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls closed beta, Spider-Man and Ghost Rider will also be playable. With them, two new stages are also coming, Savage Land and the X-Mansion. Updates including balance changes, improvements, optimizations, and visuals, are also coming and will be shared as we approach the beta.

MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls is being developed by Arc System Works in cooperation with Marvel Games and Sony Interactive Entertainment. The new fighting game is set to release in 2026 for PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store.
