During MF Bunko J’s Fall School Festival 2025 livestream, Kadokawa announced a TV anime adaptation of Teniwoha and Riichu’s Killed Again, Mr. Detective? (Mata Korosarete Shimatta no desu ne, Tantei-sama) light novel series will premiere in April 2026. The TV anime series will air on the TBS channel in Japan.
The cast of Killed Again, Mr. Detective? includes Rikuya Yasuda as Sakuya Outsuki and Shion Wakayama as Lilithea.
Kadokawa launched the novel series with the first volume in August 2021, and the sixth volume will release on November 25. Inaba launched a manga adaptation of Killed Again, Mr. Detective? on Kadokawa’s Dra Dra Flat website in July 2022, and the manga ran until the second compiled book volume in March 2024. Yen Press published the manga’s first volume in English on August 26, and the second volume follows up on January 20, 2026.
