Marvelous and Marvelous First Studio have announced the “Into the Abyss” expansion for Daemon X Machina: Titanic Scion launches on November 14. The Into the Abyss expansion introduces the new “Survey Zone: Locus Initi” map area, along with new missions, bosses, and new equipment for Daemon X Machina: Titanic Scion.
Into the Abyss is included with the Digital Deluxe Edition and Super Digital Deluxe Edition, and it will also be sold separately. Players can also look forward to three new bosses in December with a free update.
The version 1.1.1 update was previously released for Daemon X Machina: Titanic Scion with the new Lapis Lacrima RT: Ω and Cybele RT: Ω bosses, the permanent addition of event boss Zeruchroar through the Rematch Simulator, new visual customization options for Outers, and a range of bug fixes and gameplay improvements.
Daemon X Machina: Titanic Scion update 1.1.1 also introduced the option to disable Fusion mutation visual effects on their Outers. Players can also replay side-missions to acquire alternate rewards they may have missed out on. Further, the new “Formal Suit Outfit” and “Axiom Researcher Outfit” DLC are available for free.
Daemon X Machina: Titanic Scion is available now for Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam). Final Weapon reviewed Daemon X Machina: Titanic Scion and gave it a 4 out of 5 score, noting that the game is “a worthy sequel to the original Daemon X Machina, as it improves on its predecessor in nearly every regard.”
