The official X (formerly Twitter) account for hololive VTuber Inugami Korone announced that she’s going on hiatus from streaming to focus on her family’s medical care. The announcement of Inugami Korone’s hiatus was made by proxy via her agent. The agency also confirmed that videos by Inugami Korone have already been prepared and produced for her YouTube channel while fans await her return from hiatus.
Inugami Korone began her career as a VTuber in 2019 with hololive. She is a “dog from a bakery in the city,” and she’s friends with other VTubers, including Nekomata Okayu, who she has collaborated with before.
hololive fans can look forward to Okayu Nyumu! R, the sequel to “pure love” visual novel Okayu Nyumu! starring Nekomata Okayu. Okayu Nyumu! R will launch on February 26, 2026, for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PC via DMM Games in Japan. More details about physical and digital editions of Okayu Nyumu!
