Spike Chunsoft has released update 1.0.2 for Shuten Order on PC via Steam with a revised English translation for the Ministry of Health route. Additional English translation fixes for the other routes are currently being development for future Shuten Order updates.
The patch notes for Shuten Order update 1.0.2 read exactly as follows:

- Revised additional portions of the English translation in the Ministry of Health route.

DMM Games and Too Kyo Games released multi-genre adventure game Shuten Order on September 5 for Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam. A Shuten Order Digital Deluxe Edition is available for $64.99 featuring a visual art book and mini soundtrack in the Nintendo eShop. A Ministry Edition ($59.99) is available in the Spike Chunsoft Store featuring the Steam game voucher, a sticker sheet, and clear file.
Final Weapon reviewed Shuten Order and gave it a 4 out of 5, noting that it’s “a well-written game that incorporates gameplay elements from multiple genres, including visual novels and adventure games, across multiple routes. The narrative, led by Danganronpa creator and writer Kazutaka Kodaka, is engaging from the very start.
