SEGA has released the Version 2.2 update for Persona5: The Phantom X on Android, iOS, and PC via Steam. Persona5: The Phantom X Version 2.2 introduces Part Two of the Summer! Swimsuits! Sea Time! event, along with new characters, story content, and mini-games, to name a few.
In Summer! Swimsuits! Sea Time! Part Two, Persona5: The Phantom X players may experience a summer-themed event story and complete limited-time stages to earn rewards like Meta Jewels and Gold Tickets. Collect Rainbow Umbrellas to exchange for rewards like outfits for the protagonist, Wonder, and Platinum Milicoins for Arms Deals. The event will be available until October 22 at 6:59 p.m. PT.
Players can complete event missions to unlock the limited-time Strange Changes on the Beach: Waves of Fun stage. Meta Jewels and Joy Medals are among the rewards, and players can experience battles alongside the new 5-star character Seaside Tomoko, who also appears in the Most Wanted Phantom Idol Contracts until November 5 at 5:59 p.m. PT. Including Seaside Tomoko, Tomoko Noge, or Shun Kano in the battle lineup increases the rewards upon completion.
The Shaved Ice Shuffle is another unlockable stage. Make shaved ice to get more Rainbow Umbrellas and Meta Jewels. Once the shop closes for the day, some of the Phantom Thieves may drop by. There will also be Summer Memories stories with Tomoko Noge, Merope, and Shun Kano, with Meta Jewels and Gold Tickets as rewards upon completion. Finishing a friend’s story allows players to invite that friend to the Fireworks Festival.
Fireworks Shells can be used to make a variety of different fireworks for the Fireworks Festival. Players can watch the fireworks with the friends they made along the way in Summer Memories. Thief Compendium Tomes and Sun Crystals are rewards based on the number of fireworks launched, and players can complete Event Goals and unlock fireworks to earn Meta Jewels, the Summer Memory avatar frame, and Sea Time! profile design.
The Seaside Vacation Part Two login bonus event is also live until October 22 at 6:59 p.m. PT. Login for seven days to receive seven Platinum Milicoins. Moreover, to celebrate the update, the developers are giving 600 Meta Jewels to all players who login before the aforementioned deadline.
The Special Outfits lineup now includes the Special Outfit: Wonder’s Beachwear in the in-game shop. A special sale on the outfit is live until November 5 at 5:59 p.m. PT. What’s more, the Turnaround Ticket is available in the shop for use on the Synergy screen, where players can deepen bonds with characters. It can be used at a vital moment when the relationship changes to become either soulmates or close friends.
Persona5: The Phantom X is available now for Android, iOS, and PC (Steam) in the west and Japan, and the version 2.0 website is now live. Lastly, console versions are being planned.
