Nintendo has released a six-minute overview trailer for highlighting Pokémon Legends: Z-A, which launches October 16 for Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2. The Nintendo Switch version of Pokémon Legends: Z-A will cost $59.99, the Nintendo Switch 2 Edition costs $69.99, and the upgrade pack costs $9.99.
What’s more, fans can look forward to the new Mega Dimension DLC for Pokémon Legends: Z-A featuring the mythical Pokémon Hoopa. In the new DLC, Pokémon Legends Z-A players can discover new Mega Evolutions, including Mega Raichu X and Mega Raichu Y.

New Mega Evolutions for Chesnaught, Delphox and Greninja are coming to Pokémon Legends: Z-A – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition when the game launches on Nintendo Switch 2 Oct. 16, with the Nintendo Switch version launching the same day. Then, continue your adventures in Lumiose City with the Pokémon Legends: Z-A – Mega Dimension paid DLC expansion. Mysterious distortions have appeared without warning in Lumiose City. They seem to connect to a space known as Hyperspace Lumiose … and the mythical Pokémon Hoopa might have some part to play. Discover new Mega Evolutions like Mega Raichu X, Mega Raichu Y and more.
Previously, Mega Hawlucha and Mega Malamar were revealed, and The Pokémon Company International teamed up with Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) to host a special event at Arena México in Mexico City on September 25. The showcase featured four exhibition matches with top lucha libre wrestlers, including Místico. Fans can watch the event for free online via the official Pokémon and CMLL YouTube channels.
