Bandai Namco has released the patch notes for the day one update of Digimon Story Time Stranger, revealing a save data transfer option from the demo and default 60 FPS for the Steam version. The day one update also adds Dash functionality, various stat-boosting items to maps in the human world, and many other adjustments in Digimon Story Time Stranger.
In addition, Digimon Story Time Stranger Anime Short: Prelude will be released at a later date.

Digimon Story Time Stranger launches October 3 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam with Japanese and English voice overs. A free demo of Digimon Story Time Stranger is available now on all platforms featuring the opening sequence and save data transfers to the full game. Pre-orders are now available in the PlayStation Store, and various editions will be sold at the Bandai Namco Store, including an exclusive Collector’s Edition.
Bandai Namco recently announced new Tekken 8, Tales of Arise, and Taiko no Tatsujin collaboration t-shirts for Digimon Story Time Stranger. The new in-game t-shirts feature the key art of Tekken 8, a pixel illustration of Hoodle from Tales of Arise, and artwork of Don-chan from Taiko no Tatsujin. The “Anime Song Pack” DLC will also be available with tracks from Digimon Adventure, Digimon Tamers, and other Digimon anime.
