SEGA has released the version 2.1 update for the global version of Persona5: The Phantom X on Android, iOS, and PC via Steam. The new update introduces the “Summer! Swimsuits! Sea Time! Part One” event, which is live until October 8.
During Summer! Swimsuits! Sea Time! Part One, Persona5: The Phantom X players can experience an original story set at a seaside school trip. There are various min-games, seasonal awards, and event items that can be exchanged for costumes, weapons, and other rewards.
Moreover, Persona5: The Phantom X version 2.1 introduces Beach Mystery & Summer Festival: Limited stages with special battles, including the new 5-star Phantom Thief “Motoha– Tropical.” The new Shooting Challenge Event lets players shoot pirates that appear in-stage to receive event-exclusive Rare Seashells, Meta Jewels, and additional rewards.
Available until October 22, the Summer Memories event brings special side stories with Motoha, Riko, and Lufel. Finish a friend’s story to gain the ability to invite them to the Fireworks Festival, which offers exclusive Fireworks Shells needed to make fireworks. Additionally, 5-star Tropical Motoha appears in Most Wanted Phantom Idol Contracts.
Persona5: The Phantom X is available now for Android, iOS, and PC (Steam) in the west and Japan, and the version 2.0 website is now live. Lastly, console versions are being planned.
