MAGES. has released a new demo for dungeon RPG The Quintessential Princesses: Fantasy, the Abyss, and the Magic Academy on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5 in Japan alongside the full release. The demo for The Quintessential Princesses lets players try out quests, the main story, and gameplay from the game’s first chapter, but save data does not transfer to the full game.
In The Quintessential Princesses: Fantasy, the Abyss, and the Magic Academy, Futaro Uesugi is a student at the Magic Academy that receives an offer to become a private tutor. His students turn out to be his classmates, the Nakano quintuplets. They are the beautiful daughters of a wealthy noble serving the royal family, and it’s up to Uesugi to guide them toward graduation, as well as build them up as dungeon explorers.
The Quintessential Princesses: Fantasy, the Abyss, and the Magic Academy launches on September 18 in Japan for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. It will be available physically in Japan for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 5, while the PlayStation 4 version is digital only.
The most recent anime in the series is The Quintessential Quintuplets: Honeymoon Arc, which premiered on September 20, 2024, in Japan. Currently, the anime series is streaming on Crunchyroll worldwide.
