PLAYISM will publish Heaviside Creations’ horror typing game DYPING: ESCAPE on PC via Steam, and the publisher will launch Indoor Sunglasses’ murder mystery adventure game Mind Diver on September 28 for PC via Steam.

A release date for DYPING: ESCAPE was not announced, but both games will be playable at Tokyo Game Show 2025, which runs from September 25 to 28 at the Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan. Play the Mind Diver demo to earn a specially themed floating pen, and play DYPING: ESCAPE to earn a specially themed key switch keychain.

About DYPING: ESCAPE

“I really want you to play this typing game.

Yes, you just need to type as instructed.

There’s no need to think at all.”

The horror typing game Dyping with over 350,000 plays will offer a dialed-up horror experience as Dyping Escape.

Type your way to death.
The warped sentences given by The Eyes turn real and assail those who typed them.

“Please kill me.” If you type this, it’s game over.

You must go beyond the game… and destroy it from the outside.
Unreasonable, arbitrary death is unavoidable in this game, by normal means, that is.

It seems you have no choice but to type and die once the macabre sentence is given…

But you might be able to open the Settings screen, at least.

About Mind Diver

Explore the Mind Ocean to solve a twisted case

You are a Mind Diver.

Using experimental technology, you explore Lina’s Mind Ocean, fixing her memories to solve an unprecedented missing persons case. Lina’s subconscious hides many secrets, critical to unraveling the dark case.

Restore broken memories and uncover the past

Every memory you investigate is missing a key detail. Anything could be the solution. Fill out the correct detail to reveal more of the past.

Challenging and satisfying deduction

Every solution is logical, but not obvious. You’ll need the right clues to deduce the truth. Listen to private conversations. Inspect small details. Slow down and engage your mind to make the right connections.

A heartbreaking love story

A couple deeply in love have both broken down. Lina is losing her memories and Sebastian has gone missing. A disturbing party seems to cover up something else. And a dark tragedy is buried deep in Lina’s mind – in the part named Guilt.

Beautifully executed

      • Fully voice acted

      • Unique 3D-scan style

      • Award-winning story and puzzle design

Made by Indoor Sunglasses

We’re a tiny team of curious game devs that love mysteries and discoveries. We wear Indoor Sunglasses so that no one can see us cry. Our games make people ask questions and solve harder problems than they thought possible.

We met through making the earliest school version of Mind Diver, a detective game based on our heartbreaks. It was nominated as Best Student Game at IGF 2023. We set out to make a grander Mind Diver that could make anyone feel smart and feel seen.

Hopefully we’ll get to bring you many more mysterious games in the future.
