KILL BLUE Manga is Getting a New Anime Adaptation

A new key visual and trailer were revealed.

DMM.com has announced the KILL BLUE manga by Tadatoshi Fujimaki (Kuroko’s Basketball, ROBOT×LASERBEAM) is getting a new anime adaptation in 2026. A new trailer and key visual for the upcoming KILL BLUE anime were also released.

Hiro Kaburagi (Great Pretender, Kimi ni Todoke) is the director of the KILL BLUE anime. Miho Daidōji (Kuroko’s Basketball, Kimi ni Todoke 3rd Season) is the character designer, and CUE is producing the animation.

“I am deeply grateful to all the readers who have supported KILL BLUE,” said creator Tadatoshi Fujimaki. “Seeing Jūzō’s strange new school life brought to animation is a dream come true. Please look forward to the anime in 2026!”

Shueisha is serializing the KILL BLUE manga in Weekly Shonen Jump. 10 volumes have been released thus far, and the 11th volume will release on September 4.
