The Pokémon Company has announced that Pokémon GO Wild Area 2025 will take place in Nagasaki from November 7 to 9. In the following week, Pokémon GO Wild Area: Global will take place from November 15-16.
Tickets for Wild Area 2025 will be available for ¥3,600, or approximately $25. Tickets are available now to purchase. On the other hand, tickets for the Pokémon GO Wild Area: Global will cost $11.99. The event will feature the debut of Impdimp, Morgrem and Grimmsnarl, as well as a focus on dark and fairy-type Pokémon. There will also be Shadow Darkrai and Shadow Cresselia Rescue Missions, themed special research, and more.

Rescue Shadow Darkrai from Team GO Rocket!
They’re at it again! Team GO Rocket is venturing into the GO Wild Area this year, and they’ve brought Shadow Darkrai with them for the first time in Pokémon GO! On Saturday, Shadow Cresselia will appear in Shadow Raids. On Sunday, Shadow Darkrai will appear in Shadow Raids. Plus, you can encounter Shiny Shadow Cresselia and Shiny Shadow Darkrai—if you’re lucky!

Fortunate Trainers might just find the following Pokémon making their global Shiny debuts during the event: Shiny Unown W, Shiny Hatenna, and Shiny Impidimp! Trainers who purchase the global event ticket will have an increased chance of encountering Shiny Pokémon during the event!
Event-themed Pokémon will appear in the wild!
For the first time in Pokémon GO, you’ll be able to encounter Shiny Hatenna and Shiny Impidimp in the wild—if you’re lucky! These event-themed Pokémon will appear in two rotating hours. Lurking Dark Hour will run first, followed by Fanciful Fairy Hour.
Lastly, Pokémon GO is available now for Android and iOS.
