About Harvest Moon: Home Sweet Home

In Harvest Moon: Home Sweet Home Special Edition it’s time to head back to your roots and leave the city life for your childhood village of Alba, where the freshest fish and tastiest veggies are grown and caught by the local farmers and anglers.

However, with its population getting older and younger villagers leaving for the big city, Alba Village has seen better days, so can you help turn it from a village on the decline to one of prosperity? With its beautiful surroundings, Alba definitely has the potential, but can you bring tourists and even new residents to this sprawling green village?

Doc Jr. has been crafting new inventions that are exclusive to Harvest Moon: Home Sweet Home Special Edition! Players can enjoy traveling around the town on Doc Jr.’s newest invention, the Hoverbike 5000. Doc Jr. also created the Cleanmeister Autovac, which helps clean your barn, so you don’t need to do it yourself every day!

Woo a variety of different bachelors and bachelorettes and marry whomever your heart desires! Reunite with your childhood friend and other familiar faces to help put Alba on the map! Two popular characters from Harvest Moon: The Winds of Anthos will be making an appearance in Alba Village – Ella, an artist who moved to Alba Village to try to find her new signature art design, and Nikolai, a doctor who is interested in the Harvest Goddess Spring’s healing properties! Woo these new residents and marry them or just befriend them in Harvest Moon: Home Sweet Home Special Edition!

Harvest crops, take care of animals, fish, mine, and more. Collect and gather Happiness to grow the village and get new residents, while competing and taking part in various contests and festivals!

Lastly, Final Weapon previously reviewed Harvest Moon: Home Sweet Home in December 2024 and gave it a 2.5 out of 5 score. Our review states that “Harvest Moon: Home Sweet Home offers a decent and semi-complete farming experience. However, it falls short, and lacks a way to make it stand out from the sea of mobile game releases in the farming game sphere.”
