EA Sports FC 26 Reveals Official Career Deep Dive

Electronic Arts released an official deep dive video for EA Sports FC 26, revealing new features and details regarding the game’s Career mode. Driven by feedback from fans, EA Sports FC 26 introduces various features like Manager Live Challenges, ICONs and Heroes integration, and the Authentic Gameplay preset.

The Career Mode in EA Sports FC 26 features Manager Live, which includes weekly and monthly challenges inspired by real-world football. In addition, players can access the new Manager Market, where managers move between clubs and league simulations. There are realistic management scenarios, and its all accessible from a streamlined Hub for better navigation and social sharing.

Player Career also sees improvements thanks to the previously revealed Archetypes system, along with new origin stories that add a narrative layer and more personalized progression paths. What’s more, the Authentic Gameplay preset brings a more true-to-life experience, and Unexpected Events add narrative challenges to each season. This is on top of various quality of life improvements.

Pre-orders for EA Sports FC 26 are available now for $69.99 ($59.99 for Nintendo Switch). The EA Sports FC 26 Ultimate Edition is available to pre-order for $99.99 ($79.99 for Nintendo Switch) with several bonuses, including Icons, exclusive Player EVO, the Season 1 Premium Pass, an Additional Evo Slot, seven days of early access starting September 19, and much more. Pre-order before August 26 to get additional bonuses like an untradable Icon.

On September 19, a 10-hour early access trial will be available for EA Play members, giving them access to the game along with extra rewards like monthly Ultimate Team Draft Tokens, seasonal club rewards, and 10% off EA digital content including pre-orders, game downloads, FC Points, and DLC.

EA Sports FC 26 launches September 26 for Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Amazon Luna.
