The staff for the upcoming anime adaptation of Shizumu Watanabe’s Dead Account manga has released a promotional video. The video confirmed the anime’s January release date along with information on the cast and staff.

The cast and staff of the Dead Account anime include:
- Nobuhiko Okamoto as Soji Enishiro
- Kōki Uchiyama as Kukuru Kasubata
- Fairouz Ai as Kiyomi Urusugawa
- Natsuki Hanae as Renri Hasumi (new)
- Machico as Hiyori Haijima (new)
- Ryōta Suzuki as Maruhiko Emoto (new)
- Takuya Satō as Yoimaru Azaki (new)
Keiya Saitō, known for his work on Rokudo’s Bad Girls, is directing the anime at Synergy SP. Mitsutaka Hirota is handling the series scripts, and Keiji Inai is composing the music at Nippon Columbia. Ryōsuke Naya will serve as the sound director while Haruka Serizawa joins as director of photography. Eitarō Ano is handling color design, and Yūsuke Ueno handles editing. Seika Fujii and Saho Yamane will serve as art directors.”
Kodansha’s K MANGA service publishes the series in English. It describes it as follows:
