In a new press release, the team behind the Gamescom event revealed some new exhibitors and details about Gamescom 2025. The event will take place from August 20 to 24.
Gamescom 2025 will feature the following exhibitors and sponsors: 2K, 9gag, aerosoft, astragon, ASUS, Bandai Namco, BEANS entertainment, Bethesda, Bilibili, Blizzard Entertainment, Capcom, CD PROJEKT RED, CI Games, Disney+, Electronic Arts, Fandom, Focus Entertainment, Freaks 4U Gaming, GIANTS Software, Headup, Hoyoverse, INVEN, Kalypso, Konami, Krafton, LEGO, Level Infinite, Marvelous Europe, Meta Quest, Netflix, Nintendo, Paramount, Pearl Abyss, Roblox, Samsung, SEGA, Super Crowd, team17, Tencent Games, The Game Business, The Pokémon Company, Ubisoft, Wargaming, Webedia and Xbox. Several politicians from the European Union are planning to attend.
Additionally, Day 1 of the event will feature events such as Opening Night Live and The Witcher in Concert. Opening Night Live will once again feature Geoff Keighley as the main host and Eefje Depoortere aka sjokz as co-host. Further, it will feature the first look at gameplay for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7.
Xbox and Activision revealed Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 at the Xbox Games Showcase on June 8. Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 is coming soon to PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Windows, Battle.net, and Steam. Lastly, the Steam page describes the game:
