    At long last, the highly anticipated Gachiakuta anime series arrives, giving fans a front-row seat to experience Rudo’s journey into the hellscape of the Pit. Final Weapon has everything you need to know about the new Gachiakuta anime, including the weekly schedule and release dates for all the new episodes.

    Gachiakuta begins with Rudo being framed for murder and thrown into the Pit, a dangerous region where mutated garbage monsters and deviants dwell. To survive the Pit, Rudo must wield a new power and join the rogue Cleaners faction. Rudo isn’t just fighting for survival, however, as the Gachiakuta anime will show that he’s going to unleash a reckoning on those who cast them into the Pit.

    New episodes of Gachiakuta will release on Sundays at 8:00 a.m. PT  / 11:00 a.m. ET on Crunchyroll. Episodes will be released with English subs and same-day English dubs. Gachiakuta is expected to have 24 episodes this season and run for half a year without breaks.

    New Gachiakuta episodes will be released at the following times (subject to change):

    Paledusk will perform the opening theme song “HUGs.” DUSTCELL performs the ending theme song “TOMOSHIBI.” 

    Fumihiko Suganuma directs the Gachiakuta anime at studio bones film. Hiroshi Seko handles series composition, and Satoshi Ishino is the character designer and chief animation director. In addition, Taku Iwasaki will compose the anime’s music.

    Gachiakuta is streaming on Crunchyroll in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, CIS (excluding Russia and Belarus), Indian Subcontinent and Southeast Asia. The anime will air on CBC, TBS, and several other channels in Japan.
