Following the epic conclusion of The Apothecary Diaries Season 2, the anime’s staff released a teaser announcing a sequel that will take place in a brand-new land. A premiere date for the sequel to The Apothecary Diaries Season 2 was not announced.

The Apothecary Diaries first season aired in 2023 and ran for two cours while the second season aired in 2024. Both seasons of the anime are available on Crunchyroll, in both Japanese and English.
Natsu Hyuga writes The Apothecary Diaries light novel, with illustrations by Toko Shino. The novel made its debut on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website in October 2011. Nekokurage later released an ongoing manga adaptation in Square Enix’s Monthly Big Gangan magazine in May 2017.
