The staff for the upcoming anime adaptation of Kotobukiya’s Arcanadea bishōjo plastic model series released a trailer. The trailer revealed that Kaede Hondo, known for her role on The Amagami Sisters, will reprise her role as Lumitea.

After the announcement, Hondo immediately took to X (formerly Twitter) to comment on the announcement. Hondo said, “I’ve always felt like I was helping build Lumitea’s charm alongside the creators, so I’m truly happy to continue playing her. It might be a coincidence, but it feels like we share a love for the same ramen or seasonings! I’d like to cherish this connection in the future.”
More information regarding the anime will be released during TV Asahi’s panel at Anime Expo 2025. Necomi will serve as the character designer for the anime.

The VRMMO “ARCANADEA” is a game people can play within the Eden server, and features a fantasy world. After an explosion occurred at Eden Industries one night during maintenance, the world changed, marked by abnormal weather, communication issues, strange disappearances, and people gaining increased physical abilities.
