Niantic and The Pokémon Company have revealed two new Adventure Effects for Crowned Sword Zacian and Crowned Shield Zamazenta in Pokémon GO. These legendary Pokémon from Pokémon Sword and Shield will be featured in five-star raids during Pokémon GO Fest 2025: Global from June 28 and 29.
The new Adventure Effects for Crowned Sword Zacian and Crowned Shield Zamazenta will increase a Pokémon’s attacks or defense in raids and Pokémon GO Max Battles. By defeating each Raid boss, players will encounter Hero of Many Battles Zacian or Hero of Many Battles Zamazenta and gain Crowned Sword Energy or Crowned Shield Energy.
Here’s what each Adventure Effect brings to the table:
Adventure Effect: Behemoth Blade

When Zacian is in its Crowned Sword form, its Charged Attack Iron Head changes to the Charged Attack Behemoth Blade.

Trainers can activate Behemoth Blade’s Adventure Effect by using 5,000 Stardust and 5 Zacian Candy to strengthen their Pokémon’s attacks in raids and Max Battles for six minutes.
Adventure Effect: Behemoth Bash

When Zamazenta is in its Crowned Shield form, its Charged Attack Iron Head changes to the Charged Attack Behemoth Bash.

Trainers can now activate Behemoth Bash’s Adventure Effect by using 5,000 Stardust and 5 Zamazenta Candy to strengthen their Pokémon’s defense in raids and Max Battles for six minutes.
