The official website for the Tamon’s B-Side anime has confirmed that the series will air in January 2026. It has also revealed a new music video for the debut song of the idol song that the story focuses on, F/ace.
Every month, there will be voice drama episodes focused on the series that premiere on X/Twitter and YouTube. Chika Nagaoka will direct the anime at J.C. Staff and Chiaki Nagai will both write and oversee the series’ scripts. Further, Yōko Itō is the character designer and chief animation director and Shochiku, King Records, and Hakusensha will produce the anime. The cast includes the following:
- Saori Hayami as Utage Kinoshita
- Kakeru Hatano as Tamon Fukuhara
- Shōya Chiba as О̄ri Sakaguchi
- Tasuku Hatanaka as Keito Tachibana
- Kōhei Amasaki as Natsuki Ishibashi
- Ryuuho Nagaoka as Rintarо̄ Kai

The original manga, which debuted in 2021, is available to read on Viz Media. So far, seven volumes are available to purchase. The next volume, volume 8, will release on July 1. Additionally, the song that the music video focuses on, titled “F/ace Off,” will be available on streaming services later tonight.
