Aksys Games announced otome visual novel Illusion of Itehari is coming to the west on September 18 for Nintendo Switch. Pre-orders are now available for an exclusive edition of the visual novel.
Pre-orders for the Illusion of Itehari standard edition for Nintendo Switch are available in the Aksys Online Store for $49.99. What’s more, an online exclusive edition will be available for $59.99 featuring the game’s original soundtrack on CD.

The story takes place on a miniature garden in the sky, the renowned and prosperous utopia, Itehari. Our protagonist is Hinagiku, a noble lady from a distinguished family who longs for the world beyond the floating town. One day, Hinagiku, having just turned 18 years old, encounters an amnesiac man named Yashiro. Their fortuitous meeting becomes the catalyst that drags Hinagiku into a series of events involving the secrets and various truths hidden beneath the surface of Itehari…for this garden in the sky is a false utopia.
Illusion of Itehari is a completely new otome game project created by a renowned group of artists and staff, and the first project from “LicoBiTs”, a joint venture by Broccoli and TIS Creation aimed at making games for the female audience.
In addition, LicoBiTs, together with Broccoli and TIS Creation, are working on the fandisk of the Utakata no Uchronia otome visual novel. The fandisk is currently in development under the title Utakata no Uchronia -trail-. Lastly, it will launch in 2025 in Japan.
