Konami announced Suikoden: Star Leap is coming to PC via Steam alongside the Android and iOS versions. A release date for the game has not been announced, but a teaser trailer for the PC version of Suikoden: Star Leap was released alongside a new story trailer. The Steam page for Suikoden: Star Leap is also now open.
The new Suikoden: Star Leap game features gacha elements and events, but the new title retains the Suikoden franchise’s signature combat system. Out of 108 stars, players can assemble a “dream team” of their favorite Suikoden heroes for battle.
Aki Shimizu, the manga author for the Suikoden III manga, returns to work on an official Suikoden: Star Leap manga series. Shimizu is also currently working on The Mononoke Lecture Logs of Chuzenji-sensei series, with 10 volumes released so far.
The latest entry in the series, Suikoden I & II HD Remaster Gate Rune and Dunan Unification Wars, came to Nintendo Switch 2 on launch day, June 5. As previously announced, Suikoden I & II HD Remaster Gate Rune and Dunan Unification Wars is a game-key card title, meaning the physical game card doesn’t contain game data and data must downloaded via the internet once inserted the first time into the system.
Lastly, Suikoden I & II HD Remaster Gate Rune and Dunan Unification Wars initially launched on March 6 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam
