Shogakukan announced a TV anime adaptation of Yūki Dōmoto’s I Want to End This Love Game (Aishiteru Game o Owarasetai) manga is now in the works. A premiere date for the new I Want to End This Love Game anime adaptation was not announced, however.
To celebrate the announcement, Yūki Dōmoto revealed a new illustation on X (formerly Twitter):

Dōmoto launched the I Want to End This Love Game manga on the Sunday Webry website in 2021. Shogakukan publishes the manga series in Japan, and the publisher will release the manga’s seventh volume on June 18. In the west, VIZ Media publishes the manga in English. The sixth volume was published in English back on May 13.

Previously, an animated trailer for the I Want to End This Love Game manga was released by VIZ Media. The trailer is not indicative of the anime’s actual appearance, but it could be a sneak peek of what’s to come.
