Pix’n Love Games and Aurora Game Studio have announced that the art director of The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask, Takaya Imamura, has joined the staff of Nightmare Busters Rebirth. He will design a brand-new boss fight if the game reaches 150,000 euros on Kickstarter.
Takaya Imamura, the art director of Majora’s Mask, has also worked on Star Fox, F-Zero, and Omega 6. The all-new boss, according to the press release, will “terrify (and amaze!) players.” So far, the game has earned $142,568 on Kickstarter, or 125,278 euros. In order to reach the stretch goal, the project will need approximately 25,000 more euros.
Nightmare Busters Rebirth will serve as a remake to the cult classic Super Nintendo game. It will release for Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam. The Kickstarter will end on June 19. The Steam page has a full description of the upcoming game:
