Kyoto Animation released a new trailer for the upcoming Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid: A Lonely Dragon Wants to be Loved film, highlighting Kanna Kamui and her father Kimun.
Fhána performs the opening theme song “Namida no Parade (Tearful Parade).” Kotringo performs the insert song “Negaigoto (Wish).” Additionally, Sachiko Kobayashi performs the ending theme song “Bokutachi no Hibi (Our Days).”
The Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid: A Lonely Dragon Wants to be Loved movie will release on June 27 in 199 theaters. It will receive 4D (4DX and MX4D) screenings.

Coolkyoushinja launched the manga in May 2013 in the Monthly Action magazine. It moved to the Manga Action website in February 2024. Seven Seas Entertainment publishes it in English. The anime is streaming on Crunchyroll.
