Nintendo has revealed a new look at its all-in-one carrying case for the Nintendo Switch 2 via the Nintendo Today app. The case will release alongside the console on June 5.

The case will allow players to store the console, dock, and several accessories within. This includes Joy-Con 2 controllers, various cables, up to six game cards, the pro controller, wrist-straps, and the Joy-Con 2 grip. It is available for pre-order via the Nintendo Store and several other local and online retailers for $84.99. Check out the video showcasing the Nintendo Switch 2 all-in-one carrying case below:

Nintendo previously showcased its official Nintendo Switch 2 carrying case in the Nintendo Today app. The regular carrying case has enough room for six game cards and two Joy-Con 2 straps, along with the actual Nintendo Switch 2 console and Joy-Con 2 controllers. It will be available at Nintendo.com and retailers.

Nintendo Today also confirmed that video captures on the Nintendo Switch 2 will still be 30 seconds long, just like its predecessor. The original Nintendo Switch recorded video at 720p/30 FPS, and it’s likely that Nintendo Switch 2 will record footage at 1080p. It’s worth noting, though, that Nintendo has also now blocked users from taking screenshots and screen recordings in the app

Nintendo Switch 2 will launch on June 5 for $449.99. Further, a bundle will be available for $499.99 featuring Mario Kart World. Pre-orders for Nintendo Switch 2 at Best Buy, Walmart and Target went live on April 24 and quickly sold out within just a few hours. However, Nintendo and other retailers will periodically replenish stock leading into launch. Other games like Cyberpunk 2077 and upgrade packs for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom will also be available.
