Zenless Zone Zero Version 2.0 ‘Where Clouds Embrace The Dawn’ Releases June 6

HoYoverse announced Zenless Zone Zero Version 2.0 “Where Clouds Embrace The Dawn” will be released on June 6th. The previously announced Xbox Series X|S version will also be coming out on that same day.

In Zenless Zone Zero Version 2.0, players will be heading to Waifei Peninsula alongside trusted allies such as Yixuan from Yunkui Summit, in order to revitalize the Suibian Temple nestled within the bustling Failume Heights, and take on more challenging Hollow combat in a more open and spacious environment. Furthermore, the developer will also be celebrating the game’s first anniversary with a plethora of new rewards.

Zenless Zone Zero Opens A New Area

Following the resolution of the Sacrifice crisis in previous chapters, players will embark on an exhilarating new journey in Waifei Peninsula, a remote yet vibrant district of New Eridu. Guided by Yi Xuan, the High Preceptor of Yunkui Summit, Proxies will further uncover the hidden secrets of Phaethon and experience new Hollow exploration gameplay that harnesses the forces of Ether.

The region’s main city Failume Heights thrives near the Lemnian Hollow, renowned for the rare resource Porcelume. It offers distinctive tea houses, pawnshops, and dessert stalls, inviting Proxies to immerse themselves in the local atmosphere. Meanwhile, Proxies will take on management of their very own Suibian Temple, upgrade the temple’s facilities and earn in-game rewards by dispatching Bangboos, completing commissions, and collecting resources from the Hollows.

Zenless Zone Zero Version 2.0 Agents

Three new agents will be joining the cast in Zenless Zone Zero. The first agent is Yixuan, the Grandmaster of the Yunkui Summit. She is an Ether-based agent with a new Specialty type called Rupture. Agents with this Specialty have a mix of offensive capabilities and survivability. In combat, she is capable of ignoring enemies’ Defense and deals all damage based on her Sheer Force, which can be increased according to her Attack and Max HP. She also utilizes a special mechanic called Adrenaline instead of just regular Energy.

The second character to be added is Ju Fufu, the senior disciple of Yunkui Summit, who will debut as an S-Rank Fire Stun Agent. Ju Fufu and her mighty weapon Hu Wei can accumulate Might and Momentum points to deal both Physical and Fire damage. Her Chain Attack grants the entire team the Tiger’s Roar effect, boosting the squad’s CRIT DMG as well as the damage of Chain Attacks and Ultimates.

Last but not least, we have Pan Yinhu, Yunkui Summit’s A-Rank Physical Defense Agent. In combat, Pan Yinhu can attack the enemy’s pressure points, and upon swapping him with another Agent, his Touch of Death can deal increased damage to the enemy. If there are any Rupture Specialty agents in the party when this skill is used, a debuff that increases damage dealt towards the enemy will be applied.

Zenless Zone Zero Celebrates its 1st Anniversary

To celebrate the first anniversary of Zenless Zone Zero, a plethora of rewards will be given to all players, such as 1600 Polychromes, 20 Encrypted Master Tapes, and a S-Rank Agent selection pull. Players can choose from six different agents, and obtain them for free, alongside a S-rank W-Engine of their choice.

Furthermore, players will also be able to obtain new outfits for Belle and Wise, the protagonists of Zenless Zone Zero, by completing specific missions in Version 2.0. For players who have yet to catch up with the story, you can utilize the Advance Screening feature, which will allow you to access all of the content even if you have yet to complete the previous Chapters.
