A new trailer for the anime adaptation of Taizan 5’s Takopi’s Original Sin manga confirms the six-episode series will premiere on June 28. It will stream on Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, ABEMA, U-NEXT, and other services.
The latest trailer also confirms that ano performs the opening theme song “Happy Lucky Chappy,” and Tele performs the ending theme song “Glass no Sen” for the Takopi’s Original Sin anime.

Kurumi Mamiya stars as Takopi alongside Reina Ueda as Shizuka Kuze in Takopi’s Original Sin. They are joined by Konomi Kohara as Marina and Anna Nagase as Azuma.
Former Dr. Stone director Shinya Iino is directing the new Takopi’s Original Sin anime and overseeing the series scripts. Keita Nagahara is the character designer, and ENISHIYA is producing the anime series.
Taizan 5 serialized the Takopi’s Original Sin manga in Shueisha’s Shonen Jump+ in December 2021 and ran for just four months, ending in March 2022. The Takopi’s Original Sin manga is available to read in English on Manga Plus.
