Zenless Zone Zero Version 2.0 Special Program Set for May 23

HoYoverse announced the Zenless Zone Zero Version 2.0 “Where Clouds Embrace the Dawn” Special Program livestream will be held on Friday, May 23 at 19:00 (UTC+8) / 7:00 a.m. EDT. The upcoming broadcast will have the development team reveal all of the new information regarding Season 2 for Zenless Zone Zero, including new story content and events.

According to HoYoverse, a new redemption code will be released during the Version 2.0 Special Program livestream on YouTube and Twitch. A “mysterious guest” will be present for the livestream, so HoYoverse encourages players to tune in. 

The stream begins at the following times: 

• Pacific Daylight Time: 4:00 a.m. PDT
• Mountain Daylight Time: 5:00 a.m. MDT
• Central Daylight Time: 6:00 a.m. CDT
• Eastern Daylight Time: 7:00 a.m. EDT
• Greenwich Mean Time: 11:00 a.m. GMT

It’s also worth noting that Zenless Zone Zero will be receiving an Xbox Series X|S version in June 2025, around the same time that Version 2.0 is planned for release. The game will also be available via Xbox Cloud Gaming, so players with an active Game Pass Ultimate subscription can play the game seamlessly across devices without downloads.

Powered by the enhanced GPU performance of Xbox Series X|S, Zenless Zone Zero will support the consoles’ DirectX Raytracing and HDR, and the game will have support for a native 4K resolution at a stable 60 FPS performance. Furthermore, the game will also support the Quick Resume feature on Xbox Series X|S, allowing players to switch between multiple active games without lengthy loading times.

Zenless Zone Zero is available now for free on PlayStation 5, Android, and iOS, and PC via Windows and Epic Games Store.
