Lastly, here’s an overview of the remake, via Gematsu:
Hatsune Island is a place where the “eternal cherry blossoms” bloom all year round, regardless of the season.
At Hatsune Island’s Kazami Academy, a boy named Junichi Asakura, whose catchphrase is “boring,” possesses both the power to create wagashi (Japanese sweets) from thin air and the slightly fairy-tale-like ability to show others their dreams.
Nemu Asakura is Junichi’s nagging, spoiled adopted sister.
Junichi is about to graduate from school, alongside friends like Kotori Shirakawa, a talented singer and the school idol.
Then one day…
Junichi’s childhood friend Sakura Yoshino returns after going abroad six years earlier—and she looks exactly the same as she did six years ago.
On a spring day with cherry blossoms fluttering in the air, an awkward love story begins.
