During Virtua Fighter Direct 2025 Spring, SEGA and Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio announced Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O is coming to Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. The game will support cross-play across all platforms and feature rollback netcode.
Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O. is available now on PC via Steam with a 20% discount. The game features rollback netcode, brand-new balance adjustments, 60 FPS support, and 4K support on PC. There’s also Tekken 7 collaboration DLC, allowing players to dress up their favorite Virtua Fighter characters like those from Tekken.
A 30th Anniversary Edition is also available for purchase on Steam (MSRP: $49.99 USD). 30th Anniversary Edition contents include:
- 30th Anniversary Soundtrack Collection including more than 220 unreleased tracks
- Exclusive Artbook containing sketches and other never-before-seen art from the original game’s pre-production
- 30th Anniversary Swimsuit Costume Set with beachwear outfits for all characters
- DLC Legendary Pack including customization items, stages, character models and background music from the original Virtua Fighter
- Yakuza Series Collaboration Pack with character costumes, background music, and stamps from the “Yakuza” series
- 30th Anniversary in-game Rank Titles
