SEGA and ATLUS revealed new details about Raidou Remastered: The Mystery of The Soulless Army, including more characters and in-game locations. New screenshots for Raidou Remastered: The Mystery of The Soulless Army were revealed, along with an Q&A for the Nintendo Switch 2 version.

Dr. Tsukumo is a self-proclaimed scientist who’s indifferent to any matters outside his research. He dreams of launching a homemade rocket and conducts research every day in a shack on the outskirts of Fukagawa-cho, known as the “Amazing Science Lab.” His dedication and straightforwardness has earned him the affection of local residents, at the very least.

The owner of the restaurant “Ryugu,” located on the outskirts of Ginza-cho, has strong managerial skills and is involved with her family’s trading business. Ryugu is a top-class establishment thanks to her work, and Narumi has even run up a considerable tab at her restaurant.

One of Ryugu’s employees is Denpachi Iida, a rickshaw runner. Having lost his parents at a young age, Iida works diligently to support his younger sister. He takes pride in his work, but he’s frustrated by the rising automobile industry, since it takes away his clientele.

Raidou Remastered: The Mystery of The Soulless Army – Locations in the Capital

During the course of the game, Raidou will visit various towns and facilities throughout the Capital. Fukagawa-cho features westernized brick-style streets with a traditional Edo downtown atmosphere full of entertainment venues. Another one of the towns is Tsukudo-cho, which has various shops lined on the streets with people of all ages frequenting the area.

Tsukudo-cho is also the home of the Narumi Detective Agency, the main base of operations for Raidou and his team. There, players can save their game, recover, and check the status of their investigation. You can also play the mahjong mini-game, where you can challenge Narumi and your demon allies to earn money based on your score. Moreover, Konnou-ya, the antique shop in Tsukudo-cho, offers a wide variety of items, ranging from tools useful in battle to Sword Alchemy materials. The shop’s owner is a shrewd businessman who carries his ledger with him anywhere he goes.

Ginza-cho is the most vibrant downtown area in the Capital, with a main street full of high-rise buildings. Streetcars and automobiles often navigate through this town, making it an urban hub for the Capital. On the other hand, Harumi-cho is known for its foreign influence, including brick buildings, churches, and a port with active trade with foreign countries.

Other Key Locations in Raidou Remastered

In Ginza-cho, Shin-Sekai Soda Joint is a favorite spot among Devil Summoners, and players can order special drinks to temporarily boost Raidou’s stats or skills. The shop’s owner is a mysterious figure who contains connections with Yatagarasu and supports Devil Summoners.

A Nameless Shrine can be found in a corner of the Capital, which turns out to be a site with deep tires to Yatagarasu. By following specific steps. players can meet the Herald of Yatagarasu and perform a “Ritual of Entry’ to open a path to the demon inhabited Dark Realm. The Herald of Yatagarasu delivers orders and various supplies to Raidou on behalf of the organization.

Players can also enter the Training Hall from the washstand of the Nameless Shrine. In the Training Hall, players can battle demons managed by Yatagarasu across ten floors, which vary in difficulty. Entry into those floors depends on Raidou’s skill level. There’s also a special challenge known as the Trial of a Hundred Demons, which sees Raidou battle 100 demons within a time limit. Herald of Yatagarasu grants a reward for players who complete the challenge.

    Replayability Features and DLC

During the course of the investigation, players can receive Case Files from residents of the Capital, or even demons, who appear to be in trouble. Complete these rewards to earn rewards. You can clear certain events to unlock the fusion for Raiho, a Jack Frost demon that admires Raidou.

Moreover, after finishing the first playthrough, the Detective Legend difficulty becomes available. This very challenging difficulty setting will test players’ skills to see if they’re a true Devil Summoner.

The new Demon Designations: Summoner TItles DLC will release on July 3 for free, featuring 10 fan-voted titles for Raidou. Seven North America and three Southeast Asia community-voted titles will be added from the title recruitment campaign.
