REMOW has announced a new batch of anime that are available to watch via the It’s Anime YouTube channel, including the classic KochiKame anime. The channel streams the anime with English subtitles in the U.S. and Canada.
Today, the channel added the KochiKame anime, which initially aired in 1996. 300 episodes released until 2004. This is the first time the anime has had an official English release in North America. New episodes will release on the channel every Friday. However, REMOW has not confirmed how many episodes of the series will be available on the channel. The KochiKame manga, written by Osamu Akimoto, finally ended in September 2016 after forty years of serialization. The series has not only inspired an anime series, but also anime films, anime specials, live-action films, a live-action series, and several stage plays. The anime is also available via Plex TV.
