The story of Cultural Exchange With a Game Centre Girl follows Renji Kusakabe, a part-time worker at a game arcade center. One day, he met a British girl named Lily, who was focused on a crane game by herself on Valentine’s Day. She’s tearful in her pursuit of a crane game prize, so Renji helps her win a stuffed anime. Later, she gives him a message card with the message, “Be My Valentine! (Be My Boyfriend!).”
