Warner Bros. Games revealed new details about the Nintendo Switch 2 version of Hogwarts Legacy, confirming that it will run up to 1440p in docked mode and 1080p in handheld mode. Hogwarts Legacy will also support a variety of platform-specific features, including mouse controls.
On Nintendo Switch 2, Hogwarts Legacy includes DLSS support, improved lighting and shadow animation quality, and anti-aliasing. Not only will Hogwarts Legacy be playable at 1440p on Nintendo Switch 2, but it will offer HDR support as well. Frame rates and load times have also been improved, but details on the frame rate have not been revealed yet.
Hogwarts Legacy will come to Nintendo Switch 2 on launch day, June 5. Nintendo Switch 2 will be available for $449.99 USD, and a bundle including Mario Kart World will be available for $499.99.
