PQube announced eXtend’s otome visual novel Bustafellows Season 2 will launch on July 17 for Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam in the west. The Nintendo Switch version will be sold physically and digitally, and first-print copies include an exclusive character booklet.
A Bustafellows Season 2 gameplay demo is available now on Steam. It contains “a couple of hours” of the full game to experience before launch. Moreover, players who completed the original Bustafellows will gain a special bonus in Bustafellows Season 2. Nintendo Switch players with save data from Bustafellows gain access to a “connected” episode that bridges the original game to the sequel.
Bustafellows recently surpassed 150,000 copies sold worldwide for Android, iOS, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam. This includes physical shipments and digital copies sold of Bustafellows for the Japanese, English, and Chinese versions.
Bustafellows Season 2 released on May 25, 2023 for Android, iOS, and Nintendo Switch in Japan, and its coming to the west in 2025.
