PlayStation and Sucker Punch opened pre-orders for Ghost of Yōtei, and it’s been revealed that the game’s physical Collector’s Edition ($249.99 MSRP) will not have an actual physical game copy. The only true physical edition will be the Standard Edition at PlayStation Direct and retail for $69.99.
Instead, the Ghost of Yōtei Collector’s Edition includes the Digital Deluxe Edition ($79.99 MSRP), which includes The Snake Armor, Digital Deluxe Armor Dye, Digital Deluxe Horse & Saddle, Sword Kit, Traveler’s Maps (Early Unlock), and Charm DLCs.

Ghost of Yōtei launches on October 2 for PlayStation 5. Lastly, the PlayStation Store describes the game as follows:
The story follows a haunted, lone mercenary named Atsu. Thirsty for revenge, she travels through the beautiful, rugged landscapes of northern Japan, hunting those who killed her family many years earlier.
Sixteen years after her family’s death, Atsu’s quest across Ezo brings her to unexplored lands in search of a gang of six outlaws, but she finds much more than vengeance.
