    Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves Ranked Match Mode Will Get Major Update in Fall 2025

    The Ranked Match mode in Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves will receive many additions in Fall 2025, such as character-specific ranks. With the game’s launch, Phase 0 of the ranked match matchmaking begins until Fall 2025, which starts Phase 1 and many new features.

    Phase 1 of the Ranked Match mode will introduce another rank within the mode and character-specific ranks. Phase 1 and these planned features will arrive around August to October 2025.

    Character-Specific Ranks Are Coming to Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves

    Also, as part of the SNK World Championship 2025, Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves will headline the tournament circuit with a $2,500,000 total prize pool. In particular, the winner of the tournament will take home $1,500,000. Qualifying tournaments will be held in various regions worldwide in the SNK World Championship 2025, so be sure to keep your eyes open for many events.

    Moreover, Salvatore Ganacci, Marco Rodrigues, and the DLC costume version of Terry Bogard will all receive adjustments. This upcoming Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves patch will be coming soon, so stay tuned.

    Lastly, five additional characters will arrive with Season Pass 1, including Ken and Chun-Li from Street Fighter. Here’s the DLC release schedule for Season Pass 1:

    • Andy Bogard (Summer 2025)
    • Street Fighter’s Ken (Summer 2025)
    • Joe Higashi (Fall 2025)
    • Street Fighter’s Chun-Li (Winter 2025)
    • Mr. Big (Early 2026)

    Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves releases on April 24 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store. Physical pre-orders are available now.
