Capcom will release a new Marvel vs Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics title update on April 16 with several new features, including multiple versions of X-Men vs. Street Fighter, a resolution option for Marvel vs. Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes, and much more.
The Marvel vs Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics title update includes:
- X-Men vs. Street Fighter
- Version Select – Select which version to play for X-Men vs. Street Fighter. Choose between versions 960910, 961004, and 961023.
- Marvel vs. Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes
- Resolution Option – Change the resolution for Marvel vs. Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes. Increase graphics quality for smoother game visuals.
- General
- Offline Versus – Play Versus Mode in all fighting titles. Battle to your heart’s content!
- Menu Button Settings – Menus during online play can now be opened with a long press to avoid accidental inputs.
- Game Reset – Reset the game directly from the pause menu.
- New Artwork – View new artwork by Capcom artist Shinkiro.
- Bonus Tracks – Groove out to remixes of classic songs by CAP-JAMS from the Capcom Sound Team:

The collection includes X-Men Children of the Atom, Marvel Super Heroes, X-Men vs. Street Fighter, Marvel Super Heroes vs. Street Fighter, Marvel vs. Capcom: Clash of Super Heroes, Marvel vs. Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes, and The Punisher. The games support rollback netcode, training mode, and other quality of life features.
