The official website for the Hana-Doll*: Reinterpretation of Flowering anime has released a new promo for the series. The anime will air on April 9 on Tokyo MX and other channels.

MyAnimeList describes the series as follows: “The ‘Hana Ningyou Project’ (Flower Doll Project) exists to artificially create the ‘perfect idol’ by implanting a special flower seed inside a body. The franchise follows the growth of young men who dedicate their lives to the project.”
Several other new anime will premiere in April. On April 5, Adult Swim will air Lazarus, a new series from Shinichiro Watanabe and MAPPA with action sequences by John Wick stuntman and director Chad Stahelski.
The Boo Radleys perform the ending theme song “Lazarus.” During Aniplex’s AnimeJapan 2025 live stream, Adult Swim released a new clip for Lazarus, which depicts a prison fight scene. It also released the opening sequence featuring “Vortex” by Kamasi Washington. Several other tracks have also been added to most music streaming services.
