Koei Tecmo has announced Wild Hearts S for the Nintendo Switch 2. It will release on July 25.

Wild Hearts initially released on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC in 2023. The upgraded version will soon be available on the Nintendo Switch 2. The new version will support up to four players in “seamless co-op.” Check out the new trailer for Wild Hearts S below:

The website describes Wild Hearts S as follows:

Hunt down giant beasts through a fantasy world inspired by feudal Japan. Craft a wide variety of “Automaton (Karakuri)” to assist in hunting and skillfully wield uniquely crafted weapons to cut these creatures down to size. Now supports up to four players on the Nintendo Switch 2 system! Enjoy hunting in various styles.

Fearsome beasts are infused with the ferocious power of nature. They are as beautiful and terrifying as nature itself. As a hunter, you may sometimes need to join forces with teammates to stand against their overwhelming power.

With beast-piercing blades, protection from shields, and traps to stop movement, craft and hunt beasts with various “Automaton (Karakuri).” Even while hunting, “Karakuri” will be useful when searching for beasts, healing wounds, flying in the sky, and more. Craft your ideal hunting grounds to maneuver freely.

Materials collected will transform into new weapons and armor, guiding the player on their journey to hunt even more powerful beasts. Use a variety of equipment to hunt your prey.

Lastly, Wild Hearts S will release for Nintendo Switch 2 on July 25. The Nintendo Switch 2 will be available on June 5 for $450 USD. A bundle including Mario Kart World will be available at launch for $500. Pre-orders will go live on April 9.
